External Salon Refills
There will be an additional fee for any refills from external salons. Please get in contact for a quote.
Refill Policy
Any lash extensions that is 30% or less will not be eligible for a refill. This will require a fullset. If you are unsure, please contact Jeh on 0415 143 049.

Lash extensions that is more than 4 weeks will be considered a FULL SET.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We will no longer take bookings via DMs or SMS. All bookings will be online only. For any query or question, please do not hesitate to get in contact via email.

Booking deposit is non refundable if there is no show or unable to cancel your appointment within the 48 hours.
​
We do not tolerate late cancellations or no shows within the 24 hour mark. This has a significant impact on us as it is almost impossible to fill in the spot in a short notice.

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances which may require a last-minute change and we try our best to accommodate for this. However, please do understand that if we do not work, we do not earn.

Cancellation fee will automatically be in your account.
Covid Policy
Clients that are unwell or showing ANY flu-like symptoms will have to reschedule and can be refuse entry.
Children
Unfortunately, it is best not to bring your little angels with you during your appointment as you will have your eyes closed most of the time.
